Jennifer Sy

Dr. Jennifer Sy oversees the Life Cycle course, which is organized by clinical disciplines as opposed to body systems, and covers the human life span including, reproduction, life stages and palliative care. Dr. Sy earned her medical degree from the University of Toronto and subsequently completed residency training in Family Medicine at the Toronto Western Hospital. Following this, she undertook supplementary training in low-risk obstetrical care. She has been a part of the UHN Toronto Western Family Health team since 2014 practicing comprehensive family medicine and low risk obstetrics. Dr. Sy has a passion for medical education and is appointed as a Lecturer at the University of Toronto, Department of Family and Community Medicine. In addition to medical student and resident supervision, she has instructed several undergraduate medical education courses.
