Rupal Shah

Rupal Shah is a Clinician Teacher and General Internist at Toronto Western Hospital, and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto. She earned her MD degree and completed her residency in General Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto. She has a Masters in Health Professions Education from Maastricht University. Rupal is the GIM Consults Site Director and Education Lead for the University Health Network/Sinai Health Systems Hospital Medicine Fellowship program. She has been involved with the Internal Medicine Clerkship course since 2019. She previously served as the Co-Faculty Site Lead for the Undergraduate Medicine Clerkship at Toronto Western Hospital from 2019-2026 and the Undergraduate Medical Education – Medicine Clerkship Assessment Lead from 2020-2026. Her particular interests in medical education include curriculum development, assessment and clinical reasoning.
