Dr. Evelyn Rozenblyum is appointed as the MD Program Course Director, Foundations Curriculum, Concepts, Patients and Communities 3 (CPC3). She works hard to ensure the highest standards of medical education are provided to students in the start of their second year. She is involved in medical education at many levels including her recent completion of the Education Scholars Program in 2020 and is appointed Assistant Professor through the University of Toronto. Apart from CPC3, she teaches ICE, Portfolio and Case-Based Learning. In post-graduate, she works as the PGME lead in pediatrics for St. Michael’s Hospital (SMH). At the CME level she has been invited to give talks to the Canadian Pediatrics Society, and is co-lead of education for the pediatrics section of the Canadian Rheumatology Association.
Clinically, Dr. Rozenblyum is a practicing Pediatric Rheumatology. She has worked in many Children’s hospitals across the country including Calgary, Saskatoon, and Hamilton before returning to Toronto to join the pediatrics group at SMH and SickKids Hospital. She also co-runs a transition clinic for young adult patients with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis at Women’s College Hospital.
