Lyla Korhani

Lyla serves at Interim Manager, Curriculum Office in the MD Program, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience across higher education and industry. Lyla joined the University of Toronto in 2018 as Director of Career Services at the Rotman School of Management, where she built strong employer partnerships, led high-performing teams, and advanced student career outcomes through coaching and industry engagement. In addition to her passion for educational leadership, Lyla developed a strong interest in teaching and has delivered an experiential learning course at Northeastern University to prepare students for co-op opportunities since 2022.

Earlier in her career, Lyla held brand management roles with leading organizations including Nestlé Canada and Harlequin Enterprises. She is a Certified Coach and holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. Lyla is also active in the non-profit sector, with leadership and mentoring roles supporting women and professionals.
