Jordan Goodridge

Dr. Jordan Goodridge is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. Clinically, he works as a family physician in multiple sites across the Greater Toronto Area with a particular focus in 2SLGBTQIA+ health and HIV primary care. He received his MD from Queen's University, trained in Family Medicine at McMaster University, and completed an Enhanced Skills Year in HIV Primary Care through the University of Toronto.
He has a strong interest in medical education, particularly in areas such as gender-affirming care, HIV prevention and management, sexual health, and trauma-informed care relating to vulnerable and/or marginalized populations. As the Complexity and Chronicity Course Director, he has worked on several projects, including expanding and overseeing the transition to clerkship curriculum to aid in students' preparedness for future clinical encounters. In his role as the 2SLGBTQIA+ Health Theme Lead, he led the development of seven open-access modules on trans and gender diverse (TGD) health that have been incorporated into health education curricula across Canada and beyond.
