W. T. Aikins Awards
W. T. Aikins Awards are the Faculty of Medincine's most prestigious awards for sustained commitment to and excellence in undergraduate teaching. The Award winners are selected from nominees in a Faculty-wide process that requires support from both faculty and students.

Medical Student Research Day
An annual daylong conference for medical students to exhibit their research. Each year, students are selected to give an oral presentation by a group of their peers in the MD and MD/PhD programs on the basis of their abstract, and awards are presented for best poster presentation.
