Jennifer Lake

Dr. Jennifer Lake has been with Temerty Faculty of Medicine since 2018 and she is also an Assistant Professor (Teaching) at Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto. Her teaching focuses on patient-centred care and clinical systems to improve patient pharmacotherapy and health system outcomes. She has extensive clinical experience in both hospital and primary care environments. She is a clinician researcher with a focus on how healthcare professionals, and their organizations, optimize their roles and work together to improve patient experiences and outcomes. She received her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Dalhousie and both her PharmD and PhD from University of Toronto.
