We rely on a vast network of teachers both within the university and across 33 affiliated clinical sites. As our curriculum evolves, we offer tailored development opportunities for faculty and staff that support innovations in program delivery.
We are committed to supporting our teachers and ensuring they are well‐prepared for their teaching roles as they train future academic health leaders who will contribute to our communities and improve the health of individuals and populations.

U of T faculty, staff and students demonstrate their commitment to promoting academic medicine and sharing developments in medical education at the Canadian Conference on Medical Education (CCME).
The number and breadth of clinical teaching sites are key strengths of our MD Program. Clinical teaching is provided in both academic hospitals and community-based hospitals and health care sites, located mainly in Toronto and Mississauga.
