Personal Counselling & Student Wellness
Our personal counsellors provide confidential individual and couples counselling on both the St. George and Mississauga campuses.
There is no issue too big or too small. Consulting with a counsellor about optimizing your professional and personal life skills is encouraged.
If you are curious about what personal counselling is, please see answers to frequently asked questions.
Require immediate support? Experiencing a crisis?
We are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, please call the Gerstein Centre which offers a free, voluntary and confidential crisis intervention service over the phone and in-person 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contact by phone: 416.929.5200.
