Our MD and MD/PhD Programs have a large and highly competitive applicant pool as well as a consistently high rate of acceptance of offers. 

More students than ever are applying to our MD/PhD Program

The Office of Health Professions Student Affairs (OHPSA) provides personal and academic counselling services to MD students across both campuses as well as students in the Medical Radiation Sciences, Physician Assistant and Occupational Therapy programs. In response to student demand, there was a significant increase from 2009-2010 to 2014-2015 in the number of personal, career and academic counselling sessions offered.

We have a consistenly high match rate and, in keeping with our commitment to generalism and social responsibility, a high rate of students matched to family medicine.
