St. George & UTM Shuttle Tickets

*OHPSA requires a minimum of 24-Hr notice for shuttle ticket requests.

In order to facilitate the connection between the two medical school campuses, shuttle tickets are available to St. George based students who are attending special activities at UTM. You will be asked to provide your contact information. The information that is collected from this form will not be shared with any other university departments or external contacts.  The information that we collect is used to confirm your status as a student.

Qualifying events include: 

  • MedSoc meetings 
  • Curriculum meetings at UTM (Course committees etc.) 
  • Co-curricular activities (Medlife club meetings, and service learning opportunities (under OHPSA), Daffy rehearsals, etc.) 

We will not be able to provide tickets for:

  • Clinical learning experiences in Mississauga (clerkship, FMLE, PedLE, etc.) as these will be covered in the transportation allowance. 
  • Informal social activities (ex: visiting friends at the UTM campus). 

Tickets requested will be available for pick-up in the OHPSA in FitzGerald Building, FG121 on Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

You will be e-mailed a copy of request upon submission.

1 Ticket = 1 Way. If you require a return trip, please specify in even numbers.
